Terms of Service
Effective from August 2026
These terms govern your use of the miremeshvault.com website and the services described on it, provided by Mire Mesh Vault. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable Use
You may use this site to learn about our drainage and reinforcement services and to submit enquiries in good faith.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use this site to submit false information, attempt to disrupt its operation, or copy its content for commercial redistribution without permission.
Fair Usage
Enquiry forms should be used for genuine requests related to the services offered.
No Account Required
This site does not currently require account creation to browse or submit an enquiry.
Access Suspension
We reserve the right to decline service to anyone found to be misusing the site or its forms.
Uptime and Maintenance
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and it may be taken offline for maintenance.
Geographic Scope
Our on-site services are provided within Japan, primarily the Kanagawa region and surrounding areas.
Modifications
We may update site content and services from time to time without prior notice.
All content on this site, including diagrams, text, and layout, belongs to Mire Mesh Vault unless otherwise stated. Drawings and reports produced for a client's project become usable by that client for the stated purpose, while underlying templates and methodology remain ours.
General, Not Site-Specific
Figures quoted on this site (test pits around 600mm deep, pipe runs of up to 180m under one plan, slopes up to 30°) describe the usual scope of our work. They are not instructions for your plot. Soil bands, the seasonal water table and the capacity of an outfall vary from one garden to the next, which is exactly why we measure before drawing anything.
Do Not Dig on a Diagram Alone
Please do not start trenching, regrading or laying membranes on the basis of an illustration on this site. If you are unsure whether a problem needs work at all, a survey is the cheaper first step.
What to Send
A description of where water sits, how long it stays after rain and roughly how large the plot is will help us suggest the right visit. Photographs are welcome.
What Not to Send
Please do not send bank details, identity documents or plans belonging to someone else's property through the enquiry form.
We sometimes refer to public sources such as municipal hazard maps or rainfall records. Those sites are operated by others and may change without notice; we are not responsible for their content. We are not paid for any link on this site.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Yokohama District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@miremeshvault.com, by phone on +81 45 401 8630, or by post to 7-3-29 Kikuna, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa 222-0011.
Prices
Prices shown for surveys, layout plans and guidance visits include consumption tax. A price change after you have booked does not affect that booking.
Images
Photographs and drawings on this site illustrate our methods. They come from different plots and are not a forecast of what will be found on yours.
Fair Use
Please do not use automated tools to copy the site, scan it for weaknesses or submit repeated form entries.
Reporting a Problem
If you notice a broken page or a possible security issue, tell us at info@miremeshvault.com and we will look at it promptly.
Changes
We may revise these terms when the site or our services change; the version on this page applies to your use of the site today.
Severability
If any part of these terms is held invalid under Japanese law, the remaining parts continue to apply.
This website is published in English for plots across Japan. Enquiries and site discussions can equally take place in Japanese; these terms apply in the same way whichever language we use, and a translated summary can be provided on request.
If a drawing or page on this site is hard to read on your device or with assistive technology, tell us and we will provide the information in another format, such as a larger plan or a plain-text summary.
