Cookie Usage & Opt-Out Options
Cookies help us improve your experience, but their use is optional. If you do not wish to be tracked via cookies, you can: adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies; use browser extensions or tools to manage cookie permissions; contact us to request removal of any related data that may have been collected. You are free to browse our website without accepting cookies or submitting personal information. We honor your choice and ensure compliance with your privacy preferences.

- — Right to access data stored about your preferences
- — Right to data portability
- — Contact us through the Contact page for data requests
You can change your preferences on this page at any time using the toggles above. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies directly through their settings menu. Disabling non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to browse the site or submit enquiries — it only limits analytics and personalization features.
One Preference Record
The panel stores a single entry, cookie_consent, in your browser's local storage. It lists each category with a true or false value and is read back on your next visit so the panel does not reappear. It contains no name, no email address and none of the plot details you may have sent us.
Essential Categories
Functionality and security storage are always active. On this site they do two things: remember your panel choice and prevent the enquiry form from being submitted twice. Neither is used to follow you between pages.
Analytics
If allowed, aggregate statistics would show which survey and layout pages are read, and where readers leave, so that we can redraw explanations that are not working. Individual visits are not examined.
Advertising
The three advertising categories stay off unless you switch them on. They only matter if we measure an advertisement for a water movement survey or a pipe layout plan, and in that case your choice is passed to the advertising tool through Google's consent mode.
Personalisation
Personalisation storage is off by default and is not used for anything you would see.
No Onward Sharing
We do not pass cookie information to pipe or geotextile suppliers, contractors or any other business, and we do not sell it.
How Long It Lasts
The preference record stays until you change it or clear your browser's site data. Analytics data held by a connected provider is kept for the shortest retention period that provider offers.
Questions about cookies can be sent to info@miremeshvault.com or made by phone on +81 45 401 8630. Our office address is 7-3-29 Kikuna, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa 222-0011. Declining every optional category has no effect on the survey, layout or guidance services described on this site, and your enquiry is handled in exactly the same way.
Shared Devices
The preference record belongs to the browser it was set in. On a shared office or family computer, one person's choice applies to everyone using that browser until site data is cleared.
Emails Without Tracking
Emails we send with survey results or drawings contain no tracking images, and the links in them carry no identifiers. We do not know whether or when a drawing has been opened.
We review this page whenever a tool on the site changes and at least once a year. If a new category is added, the panel will ask again rather than rely on your earlier answer.
